Units Scale
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons vegan condensed milk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 110 grams of hot water / 1/2 cup


  1. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegan condensed milk into a glass.
  2. Fill a Vietnamese coffee filter (Phin) with 2 to 3 tablespoons of ground coffee, compact the coffee using the press that goes inside the phin, bloom with 10 gr of hot water for 30 seconds, then add more hot water and cover. Allow the coffee to drip for about 5 minutes or until it stops.
  3. Stir brewed coffee with condensed milk for a warm vegan Vietnamese coffee or pour over ice for a cold version.
